Good atmosphere, fast service but we still didn't receive the right order. Even though there were very few people there. there were 3 out of 6 control terminals that worked. Otherwise it was good after logic these McDonalds.

It is the only MC Do in France that does not put ice cubes in drinks due to high temperatures. Explanation from an employee, it is too hot which prevents the machine from working! And if you have to eat your meal in the car, hopefully you have a stock of napkins. It hardly ever provides any. Despite all the negative comments, there is no improvement in sight. I gave 1 star, undeserved, but it was to leave my comment. Other than that everything is fine, if you like to eat cold with soft fries....and without ice cubes of course!

What we expect from a McDonald's, sometimes they make an effort for the presentation it's rather correct overall, only big PB for me regular errors (order without onion received with onion) and the fact of receiving a cold order at the drive-thru is just a horror in Bourgoin they don't have this PB so perhaps review the conditions of waiting for bags or other to receive a hot order at the drive-thru

We stopped at midday, a Saturday school holiday, a lot of people so a lot of waiting but order full, great games for children, the best I've seen in McDonald's if you have children their wait will pass quickly with them ! Clean toilet. I recommend.

Chaque commande doit être vérifiée car ils oublient toujours au moins 1 chose. Aujourd hui sur 4 menus ils ont oublié 1 frite se sont trompés sur une boisson et ont oublié le livre enfant. Bref....

A welcome escape from the horrifically overcrowded nearby Grenoble Airport. Staff were all very friendly and smiling and the food was OK. One star off because they only had one self service terminal working so we had to queue for 10 mins to order. We later worked out they were taking orders at the counter too (some reviewers said they weren't). It was also quite cold inside, had to keep my ski jacket on the whole time. Reading the reviews from the last 2yr it seems that people have been complaining about the ordering screens since forever so maybe they turn them off to manage the flow of orders? Anyway I'm sure my comments are important and they will investigate as a priority...
