It's astonishing how different the atmosphere can be from one day to the next.
I came this afternoon for ice cream and found the staff very pleasant, smiling, and eager to please.
This was the complete opposite of one evening in July when the atmosphere was oppressive, with stressed, unfriendly staff, and a cold meal with some mistakes.
Not wanting to criticize anyone, I prefer not to say why this change has occurred, even though, unfortunately, most people who have been to this restaurant as customers or employees know the reason.

After several unpleasant experiences, today was the last straw. For a simple order for two children and one adult, we waited 20 minutes (a team of 15 for four orders). I asked the server for the deluxe sauce for my large potato, which I never received, and to my surprise, I found a 10 cm piece of paper in my Royale Cheese. I showed it to the manager, who threw it away and told me it was just paper, no apology, no refund. It's worth noting that I worked at this McDonald's for two years in the 2010s, and the service and hygiene have become deplorable.

Significant improvement in service and staff.
It's fantastic to leave a €39 bill only to be served cold food. And when you mention it, they tell you that a wrap is served cold! Since when is the inside of a wrap frozen? In short, no communication whatsoever, and we had to eat cold food! The only McDonald's I know where the service is terrible, the staff are unfriendly, and you still get cold food even when you complain! Avoid at all costs!! One star because we're forced to give one!
