We went through the drive-thru. We were very well received by Océane; we could hear her smile over the microphone when we placed our order. A very good experience. Thank you.

There have been so many improvements these past few months… For the past month, orders placed through Uber Eats have been missing napkins, sauces… 80 cents a sauce through Uber Eats, so please try to respect the orders. Thank you in advance :)

It's not the first time, but every time I order through the McDonald's app, something's missing. Tonight it was the fries; I had to go there in person for fries :( Order number 5882 22 via the McDonald's app

Click & collect drive order laborious: impossible to retrieve my order on their system, even though it was paid for online in advance. Then to move forward I suggest trying on a terminal, so I have to park and go inside, but an error message appears on the terminal - forced to return to the cash register and the manager tells me that my order does not appear as paid (so they can see it) - he asks me to look on my account and as I don't see anything he confirms that it is not paid despite the payment confirmation email that I show him... I tell him that it does not always appear immediately on my account when I have paid and fortunately 5 minutes later it appears!!! He finally deigns to prepare my order and I leave 30 minutes after arriving at the drive... and without any goodwill gesture... and the icing on the cake: when I get home, I realize that the iced tea is super cloudy so I have to throw 2 drinks in the sink. We're already paying to eat food that's not quality (I choose, it's true), but on top of that, there's no customer service and this fast food order isn't really fast (and I suffer from that). Anyway, I'll go to Burger King across the street next time.

It's always great. Whenever you discover new places and everything goes well, it's fantastic. Meeting friendly people who are always ready to help—what more could you ask for? I really enjoyed it.
