It would be nice to have the burgers and fries wrapped in bags and then placed in a shopping bag instead of just throwing everything loose in a shopping bag; this would help keep the food warm. I didn't get my curry sauce or the hat that was supposed to come with the signature meal 😡

Arriving at 4:30 p.m. and seeing all the dirty tables, not to mention the state of the floor. A very unpleasant, disgusting smell! It's really getting worse and worse.

It's a pretty good restaurant overall, however, some of the staff are bitter and demotivated. We're customers, but we feel like we're bothering them. Secondly, the awful smell from the restrooms is clearly pervasive, making it impossible to eat there because the odor is far too strong. Sometimes the wait time for your order is excessive, especially when there are no other customers and you have to wait 45 minutes for your order.

Over 20 minutes of waiting for two menus, with one obvious oversight. I was asked for my brownie, which was handed to me in a paper napkin. The order was takeout. No excuses for the wait or the mistakes; frankly, it's recurrent and annoying!

Great McDonald's, but unfortunately the lighting is a bit too dim… the air conditioning runs at a temperature that's far too low, even in winter… not ideal for eating inside.
