Impeccable service, rare for a McDonald's; we didn't have to wait and our order arrived piping hot. The staff was efficient and polite.

It would be nice to have the burgers and fries wrapped in bags and then placed in a shopping bag instead of just throwing everything loose in a shopping bag; this would help keep the food warm. I didn't get my curry sauce or the hat that was supposed to come with the signature meal 😡

Arriving at 4:30 p.m. and seeing all the dirty tables, not to mention the state of the floor. A very unpleasant, disgusting smell! It's really getting worse and worse.

It's a pretty good restaurant overall, however, some of the staff are bitter and demotivated. We're customers, but we feel like we're bothering them. Secondly, the awful smell from the restrooms is clearly pervasive, making it impossible to eat there because the odor is far too strong. Sometimes the wait time for your order is excessive, especially when there are no other customers and you have to wait 45 minutes for your order.
