McDonald's sur Saint-Quentin

I placed an order; most of the drinks were water. I ordered a Big Mac with bacon, but I didn't get the bacon in my Big Mac. I asked for two cheeseburger sandwiches, but I got them without onions or pickles, and a tasteless Coke.

I wanted to give a special mention to Florenza, who works at the McDonald's drive-thru. Having gone through the kiosk, I was genuinely amazed by her professionalism. Her manner of speaking, greeting customers, and taking orders was remarkable. I truly felt like I'd stepped back into the early 2000s, a time when drive-thru employees genuinely took their work to heart. I was very satisfied, pleasantly surprised, and truly happy with the experience. This doesn't diminish the work of the other employees, but I wanted to highlight Florenza's professionalism and exemplary attitude. Thank you to her for this trip down memory lane!

Aqua Farina is simply a gem!!! From the moment you step inside, you're captivated by the superb atmosphere: elegant, warm, and welcoming, perfect for spending a wonderful time with family or friends. The pizzas are exceptional: the perfectly crafted dough, light yet crispy, top-quality ingredients, freshly cooked seafood... authentic flavors and generous portions. (We didn't even finish our pizzas, they were so big!) Every bite is a true pleasure; you can taste the expertise and passion behind each dish. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, with impeccable attentive, available, and professional service. You truly feel pampered from beginning to end. The service is smooth, quick, and efficient. A must-visit for lovers of real, good pizzas and delicious Italian dishes. Aqua Farina ticks all the boxes: quality, atmosphere, welcome, and service. A perfect experience that I recommend 100% and where I will return without the slightest hesitation!

Unfortunately, there was a mistake with the sandwich in my order when I picked it up at the drive-thru. Mistakes seem to happen quite often at this McDonald's.

The tables are very dirty and are not cleaned regularly. That's the only thing I dislike. My order arrived within the normal timeframe.

Overall, the food was good. But due to a bug with my card, I had to come back four times to get a McFlurry with my points, so I had to pay for it each time.

I find the staff at this McDonald's very friendly compared to many other fast food restaurants! The restaurant is clean, and the service is quick and pleasant. There's a very large free parking lot across the road; you'll never have trouble finding a spot. I've been there several times and have never been disappointed.

Excellent restaurant, a warm welcome, and a friendly team who are very attentive to the customer and do everything to ensure their satisfaction.
