Very good experience. Despite the absence of salad from the menu we ordered, which wasn't specified when we placed our order. The manager was very responsive. I will return; thank you to the team for their kindness.

I would like to warmly thank Manon and Nicolas (the restaurant manager) for their welcome and professionalism. Following a glitch with the ordering kiosk that failed to register my order, they demonstrated great responsiveness and excellent customer service in finding the most suitable solution. A big thank you for their kindness and efficiency!

We came to eat on the terrace with our dog, and a waitress kindly offered to give our dog a drink – we thought that was great! Thanks again to Emma, the young waitress, it was very kind of her!

We went through the drive-thru this Saturday, August 8th at 8:00 PM and were served by Éline and Maëva: two very friendly young women. The service was pleasant and quick.

The manager, named Rudy, speaks very badly to his employees and stresses them out. I think that with a small change in his behavior, the atmosphere and service would be much better. Trying to hire someone more competent and less stressful for the good of the entire McDonald's team would be great.

McDonald's

13/09/2026: The best McDonald's in Saint-Quentin, without a doubt. Always served hot, with a smile, and they're super attentive to children. No complaints, if I have to drive all the way around Saint-Quentin now, it's this McDonald's or nothing 😅
24/08/2026: Very clean restaurant and friendly staff

Le Piccadilly - Saint Quentin

12/03/2026: Incredible experience, it's very good, the service is excellent, and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it.
15/02/2026: You might as well give them raw fries, it's the same thing.
