I would like to warmly thank Manon and Nicolas (the restaurant manager) for their welcome and professionalism. Following a glitch with the ordering kiosk that failed to register my order, they demonstrated great responsiveness and excellent customer service in finding the most suitable solution. We came to eat on the terrace with our dog, and a waitress kindly offered to give our dog a drink – we thought that was great! Thanks again to Emma, the young waitress, it was very kind of her!

The manager, named Rudy, speaks very badly to his employees and stresses them out. I think that with a small change in his behavior, the atmosphere and service would be much better. Trying to hire someone more competent and less stressful for the good of the entire McDonald's team would be great.

We went through the drive-thru this Saturday, August 8th at 8:00 PM and were served by Éline and Maëva: two very friendly young women. The service was pleasant and quick.

We came on Thursday, July 23rd for a takeaway breakfast for our holiday journey and were warmly welcomed by Jean-Michel and his cheerful demeanor. His colleagues were just as welcoming, smiling, and helpful. Our order met our expectations. The products and quality were exactly what we've come to expect from this establishment. What I'd like to emphasize is the personal touch, because that's what made all the difference.
