I'm sorry I could have put + but when I came to the drive in around 11:50 p.m. We got cold fries, the salt and sauces were missing although we were told they would be fine in the bags. Luckily the burger was great.
The sheet's customer service is going to hit rock bottom but it's still digging.
At 20, I worked at McDonald's like many others and it was considered a failure for a customer to wait more than 10 minutes at the drive-thru.
I was stuck at the drive-thru for an hour and a half without any information being sent to me to explain why I was trapped in a queue from which I could not extricate my car.
I only give one star because I can't just give zero.
If a McDonald's manager reads my review, shame on you.
