I placed my order at the drive-thru this evening, order number 108, at 6:11 PM exactly. It was early, and there weren't many people. How can I put it? I'm fed up with your incompetence. I ordered for five, but that's no excuse. The verdict: I ordered a Royal Bacon, and I got a McChicken; I ordered six nuggets, and I only got four; and my daughter wanted a book in her Happy Meal, and she got a Yoshi figurine she doesn't even know! And then you call me to tell me to come back? I have a 20-minute drive; I'm not making the round trip! So, between the endless waits and the mistakes, considering the price we pay, maybe you should review your staff!

Only 2 out of 8 self-service kiosks are working. And it's often the same problem! The wait times are excessive. And the cleanliness of this McDonald's needs improvement! Take a page from the Caudy McDonald's book.

We were served by Jerry, he's fantastic, I highly recommend him. He radiates good humor and is very pleasant; it's a real pleasure.

On the evening of March 13th, the service was excellent, the food was served piping hot, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. However, on the morning of March 14th, breakfast was unavailable: no set menu, no Beef McMuffin, and the self-service kiosk wasn't working. This is really disappointing for a McDonald's that opens at 8:30 am.

As a long-time customer, I find the service is getting worse and worse. I regularly order click and collect, and all too often, I have to check my order because things are always missing! And on February 9th at lunchtime, it was the last straw! The employee came up to my car with a tiny bag, and I thought to myself: this isn't right! I asked her if the cookie had been left out (because it is 7 times out of 10), she looked in the bag: no cookie! She asked for my order confirmation to check if I had actually ordered a cookie. Well, yes, I'm the thief! She left with the bag. To save time, I decided to go back into McDonald's to get the bag back once she'd put the cookie in it. And then she told me there were no more cookies, that she could give me a donut instead. Seriously! I went back to my car with the bag. I checked the contents: the drink was missing! I went back inside McDonald's and asked for my drink, which they gave me without hesitation, apologizing profusely. I finally got home with my meal and my daughter's, which was almost cold, and then my daughter asked me where her McFlurry was! Well, it wasn't there either! A €4 McFlurry added to the list of other things I never even asked for! And it's a good thing I'd already checked things a bit while I was there! Having spent time waiting for my McDonald's inside several times (up to half an hour), I have to say that the organization really needs to be reviewed. While the number of employees seems sufficient, they always appear overwhelmed and lost with the orders. Several employees handle the same order: one for the drink, another for the ice cream, and yet another for the burger... No wonder things get forgotten! No one can know what another has already put in or not! Why not have the same employee handle an entire order? It would be simpler for everyone and would prevent many oversights and save the customer time and money! Finally, I must commend the staff for their kindness.

We went through the drive-thru today and were greeted by Baguir, a very friendly young man. It was a pleasure to be served by him; he has a very pleasant way of taking our order and radiates joy. Well done to him and best of luck!

I often order click and collect. I get Happy Meals with books, but every time I get games... It's not that complicated to place a proper order...

We ordered online to save time. We placed the order at least 15 minutes before arriving. The result: still nothing ready… We waited over 10 minutes for someone to bother giving us any information. We gave them the order number, and sure enough, it wasn't ready despite our advance notice… And we waited some more, because the employee was looking for us outside even though we had marked it as a pickup. She explained that it was marked "outside"… Yet it clearly said "counter" on the bag's label. Furthermore, I ordered the Coke glass with my points. It's missing! 👍 However, the staff is courteous and tries their best to compensate for these shortcomings.

I don't usually leave reviews for McDonald's, but I have to say that the person at the drive-thru was very kind. It was the first time anyone had ever asked me how I was, and she was very smiley! And I received excellent service! Please keep this person! Thank you!

07/03/2026: Contrary to some reviews, we found this restaurant perfectly acceptable. Good value for money, very good service, especially from a young apprentice who made us excellent crêpes Suzette for his first attempt (congratulations!). A minor drawback: a limited selection of wines and appetizers with the aperitif. We will return.
16/02/2026: Nice place. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is steadily declining. We've been going to this restaurant for 10 years, and we're hesitant to return. Last time, the potatoes were burnt, and the waiter said, "Oh yes, they're burnt..." Meh, not very professional.
