We shared a meal as a family, ordered from the self-service kiosk, and while it wasn't busy, the service was quick, but the toilets were in an unacceptable state with a horrible smell that shocked a 4-year-old!
The restaurant looked dirty, the furniture was sticky, there was grime on the floor... a serious lack of hygiene throughout the dining area; it desperately needs a thorough cleaning!
The staff are really welcoming, the food is fast, and I've never had any order mistakes. The manager, Dylan, is attentive and helpful. I recommend the McDonald's in Guise.
