McDonald's sur Nice

Although the food ordered was okay, it took a long time and it was not busy, it was noticeable that the kitchen was only running moderately. Fries had been ready in the well-known containers for a long time, so the fries were no longer crispy and hot. The burger wasn't hot either, what was good were the drinks. You can't mess up much... What stood out was a dissatisfied customer. I heard the customer complaining in English that he was waiting 40 minutes for coffee and something else. The employees looked as if they saw water burning. The employees did not understand what the man meant. The man said something about this three times. The man wanted money back, which I understand. Ultimately, the man left without his order and without his money... It's a pity that the man was not heard and helped.

Not an exceptional experience, poorly made sandwiches that absolutely do not respect the image of the product

It's very crowded It takes a long time to receive the order, the workers are smiling and friendly, but compared to the cleanliness in McDonald's in Serbia, the overall score is 3

Fortunately the service is there to raise the level thanks to Andréa from the service. She was able to resolve the problem of forgetting the sandwich with a remarkably good mood.

Despite a somewhat long service, the staff and especially Andréa, with her good humor, bring an unprecedented positive to the quality of catering at this fast food. I would like to highlight Andréa's skills, particularly in terms of making quick and effective decisions, allowing the entire team to manage moments of rush and crisis. I recommend and thank you Andréa for improving this restaurant!

I'm not a fan of basic McDonald's, but my taste experience during my last menu didn't appeal to me at all. I just have the fries and the mcflurry 😂

Salad was terrible. Hamburgers classic. I waited for my order more than 40minutes.

We like trying McDonald’s in different countries since they have different menu items. We liked what we tried but there was a wait for the food since it’s a very busy location

The food is nice, but it’s THE SLOWEST service I’ve ever experienced in McDonalds.

Hubby and I ate here twice, while we visited Nice for 4 nights, because it was very handy to our hotel, just aways further on the same street. This location is busy, and the restaurant seems too small for this popular location. The first time we were served in an appropriate amount of time, and we ate inside. The 2nd time it was very busy, and had to wait awhile. I got a table outside, while hubby waited inside for the meal. Luckily, we got in before the mobs of high school-aged students came in, and crowded the restaurant! They were very loud and not considerate of others that were dining inside!
