I was really disappointed. My sundae was only half full, as were the large fries and juice, and my sandwich arrived covered in oil. However, the staff's kindness made me reconsider my opinion. A young woman immediately remade my sundae, and a young man did the same for the sandwich. The restaurant was clean, at least at 1 p.m. They could do better in terms of food quality and checking what they serve seems essential. Thanks anyway to the team for their kindness and professionalism.

I had a problem with my order last night, thank you to the young man in the tie (I assume the manager) for helping me. He was very kind and even had a smile on his face – that's becoming rare.

13/03/2026: Perfect stopping place at the end of the market. Great and friendly service, served by the “Let’s go” lady, reasonable prices. Fantastically painted walls upstairs!
12/03/2026: A very shocking experience at this establishment. We witnessed an extremely disturbing scene: a staff member slapped a customer in front of several people. Regardless of the context or disagreement, physical violence towards a customer is completely unacceptable. A business is supposed to be a respectful and safe place for everyone. Seeing this type of behavior made us very uncomfortable and makes us not want to return at all. We sincerely hope that this situation will be taken seriously and that it will not happen again. ⚠️
