It's very difficult or impossible to see some animals, which is a bit disappointing.

The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and pleasant, which is why I'm giving it top marks.
However, I would like to point out a few areas for improvement. Unfortunately, there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the restrooms, which seems very important considering that most customers eat with their hands. Also, there were flies buzzing around inside the dining room, and it was particularly hot inside the restaurant compared to the outside.
Thank you again to the team for their excellent service and politeness!

Unlike other reviews, I find the staff at this McDonald's not at all cold or rude. I went there today and everyone was very kind, and there was also a short wait. It's very close to the beach, making it very convenient. I ordered takeout, so I can't comment much on the dining room or the atmosphere.

Well, a McDonald's is a McDonald's...
Although I do sometimes prefer the french ones for some reason, but not always.

Ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais, with a pleasant setting and beautiful views. However, the service could be improved: the wait was quite long and the organization was sometimes complicated. The overall experience was acceptable, but there are clearly areas for improvement, particularly in terms of speed and cleanliness.

The only downside is that the coffee cup is very small.

Great location and the food tasted good, as expected. But the service is very sloppy—they repeatedly miss items in the order (desserts, napkins, etc.). The worst part, though, was the toilet. It was completely filthy and unusable. Good for a takeaway if you double-check your bag, but avoid using the facilities.
