Finally ! Someone asking me if I want ketchup and mayonnaise for the fries! I would like to warmly congratulate the initiative of this smiling and friendly young girl! Every time I ask for the menu without sauce (at the drive-thru most often) and I also specify that I do not want these sachets of sauce when ordering... Well, they always put them in my bag and so I have to put them on the tablet before leaving! And the miracle finally someone who understands me! THANKS Miss for this great initiative!

I ordered the menu with the napkin and the waiter did not want to give it to me on the pretext that I did not take the receipt..... This is unacceptable.

It's nice to have cutlery when you take takeaway (in some McDonald's this isn't really the case) however I'm a little disappointed not to have had ketchup mayo sauce 🥲 You should offer it as an accompanying sauce with fried foods other than fries/potatoes I think that would please a lot of people 👌🏾

The service is the champion of disorganization and slowness. They serve me my trays to take them back, telling me we got the wrong menu while someone before starts eating. Several times I order in click and collect: overall good service but lately several errors in orders (bad sandwich) I pay for a large one and I get the small one it becomes annoying and we feel ripped off as a result .
