Last month I went to the drive-thru, and I had to call you back and drive all the way home because instead of 9 nuggets, you only gave me 4. Today I came in and ordered from your kiosks inside to avoid the same mishap. I ordered 2 meals, a sandwich, and an ice cream. After a 20-minute wait, when I finally got my order, one fry and one ice cream were missing. I had to ask for them, and the cashier reprimanded me for it. He then gave me my ice cream, but I had to ask again because the caramel was missing. When I got home and went to eat my ice cream, you had put speculoos in it instead of shortbread. I'm fed up with not being able to trust you.
