As a loyal customer of this McDonald's, I don't understand the negative reviews because it's a very well-run establishment. The team cares about the customer and does everything possible to ensure a smooth experience. Of course, they're not perfect, and mistakes happen, but they are very customer-oriented and do their utmost to satisfy their customers. Well done, and keep up the good work! 👍🏻

I rarely mention names in my reviews, but this time I want to commend Jérôme.
He's the only one who never leaves empty-handed. He clears a tray when he brings you dessert, cleans the tables… while some colleagues stay chatting and laughing at the register even though the restaurant is empty.
You can clearly see the difference in motivation and willingness to do things right.
Generally speaking, the service is quite pleasant. Your colleagues are very often smiling and friendly when they bring the trays, which isn't the case in all McDonald's restaurants.
As for the Drive-Thru, it's unfortunately a different story. As soon as there are a few cars and the order is for more than two people, mistakes or oversights become almost inevitable. Something is very frequently missing from the bag, and the drinks also very often arrive without ice. You end up being very annoyed when you get home.
I also don't understand why bacon is so often missing from the sandwiches when it's clearly listed on the menu. It's happened so many times that it's become quite surprising... and I'd rather not even think about the reason that's often mentioned! Amen.
The service at the drive-thru is also very inconsistent; some employees are truly excellent, professional, and pleasant.
But others (without naming names) are particularly unpleasant or moody. They weren't like that at the other restaurant across the street back then.
That said, to be fair, whether in the dining room or at the drive-thru, when I point out a mistake, it's always corrected very quickly without discussion and usually with a smile. For that, well done!
