We had a wonderful family meal at the restaurant. The service was very quick, and we were served by Pauline, a very kind waitress. I highly recommend it! 😉

The young women are very nice. I find people's reviews very unfair. Do you know what it's like to work at McDonald's? No, people aren't robots; it's sometimes even inhumane! Plus, there's the awful cheerfulness of customers who think they're entitled to everything! Go to a normal restaurant! I come from the same background; working in catering is tough too. Some of them should be put behind the till; they'd learn quickly. In any case, thank you for your welcome. I'm a manager, and I've always defended my servers.

Excellent service, friendly, clean restaurant. Living in Moulins, the McDonald's in Saint-Pourçain is the only one I eat at in the area. Well done!

I travel a lot and often stop at this McDonald's. I've always found the staff courteous and friendly. As for the service, it's what you'd expect from a typical fast-food restaurant of this chain. I enjoy my lunch break there and I recommend it. PS: One small drawback: be aware that the restrooms can be a bit rough.
