The establishment has a large parking lot. Service was normal, however, by mid-afternoon, I noticed that the trash hadn't been emptied and the dishes hadn't been cleared. Whether it's due to a lack of staff or a lack of will, the reason is unfortunately clear with such a low number of customers.

I ordered a drive-thru on September 12, 2026. We got the small €5 meal deal. The order was taken perfectly; the hostess showed me the different options on the screen for the meal deal. And then the woman who gave me my order was so kind and cheerful! A real pleasure, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much!

Too crowded, not enough staff I think. The tables were dirty, the bins overflowing!

Nice McDonald's at the motorway exit with a play area that children love.

Overall, a decent experience. We didn't have to wait long for our order, and the server who served us was very kind and pleasant. However, upon our arrival, an employee was speaking very loudly to one of her colleagues, making several remarks in front of the other customers. It wasn't very pleasant or professional to hear. Another minor issue concerned cleanliness: the trash cans were full and hadn't been emptied. Given the number of employees present and the few customers at that time, they could easily have been changed. It's a shame about these few points, because the service was quick, and our server was really friendly!

A quick stop in Saint Pourcain; the cleanliness of the food area leaves much to be desired. All the bins were full at 6:00 PM, and the toilets were just as dirty as the rest of the food area...

19/10/2026: When traveling in a campervan, it's always nice to find a place open. We just stopped for a drink. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming. When the weather was nice, it was nice to sit outside and watch the world go by.
15/10/2026: Perfect. Thank you for your hospitality today.
