Nice McDonald's at the motorway exit with a play area that children love.

Overall, a decent experience. We didn't have to wait long for our order, and the server who served us was very kind and pleasant. However, upon our arrival, an employee was speaking very loudly to one of her colleagues, making several remarks in front of the other customers. It wasn't very pleasant or professional to hear. Another minor issue concerned cleanliness: the trash cans were full and hadn't been emptied. Given the number of employees present and the few customers at that time, they could easily have been changed. It's a shame about these few points, because the service was quick, and our server was really friendly!

The trays weren't clean and the toilets were dirty

A quick stop in Saint Pourcain; the cleanliness of the food area leaves much to be desired. All the bins were full at 6:00 PM, and the toilets were just as dirty as the rest of the food area...

We ordered ice cream and milkshakes, which arrived very quickly. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

We just stopped by for my morning coffee and tea. The staff, both inside and outside, were very polite and helpful, although busy with their tasks.

I'm writing to offer my support to the McDonald's team in Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule this Sunday, July 19th. They had a huge number of customers to serve, and the team was running around everywhere, from the dining area to the kitchen and the servers. Yes, I understand there were long waits, but they were a courageous and patient team facing customers who were completely disrespectful, insulting, and even threatening towards the staff. It's important to know how to manage your impatience; there's a difference between waiting 40 minutes with 10 customers to serve and the same amount of time with six times as many. The staff are human beings, not machines. So I wanted to congratulate you on your efficiency during this busy period, and for maintaining your smiles and courtesy even towards those awful customers. Mr. Director, you're sure to hear about this, since a haughty and disrespectful man (who seems to know you well) will be contacting you personally. I sincerely hope you'll defend your team and that they won't be reprimanded. Good luck to everyone 🙏
