The food is often served cold, orders are very often incomplete, and the click and collect service is terrible. Twice in a row, I've been asked if I paid for my click and collect order upon arrival because their website wasn't working, or I've been asked to re-enter my order for them to validate it on the spot. There's often a long wait late in the evening (9:30-10 pm) even though the restaurant is often almost empty, and they sometimes claim they're overwhelmed while they're chatting amongst themselves, making us feel like we're bothering them... It's a shame not to have a bit more quality when it's so close to home...

Very clean restaurant. Excellent service, fast, very friendly and competent. Cléo is great, very professional, promising future. Looking forward to it!

McDonald's is usually decent, but tonight the fries were cold, the sandwiches were cold, I had to go back three times because things were missing from my order, including the Mario coins, and I had to ask for them too. I'm disappointed.
