I came to pick up McDonald's at the drive-thru because I was short on time, and I ran into the lovely hostess. She was so sweet, always smiling, and that was nice.

First, the Happy Meal was missing cherry tomatoes, then there was no whipped cream in the coffee milkshake. We had to make two complaints for the same meal. On the other hand, they offered to open our parasol on the terrace, which was a good point 👍

Impeccable service, good food. The only downside is that when you use your points on your meal deal, you can no longer get a sugary drink. So I end up with a drink that I have to throw away.

Mixed experience at McDonald’s Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse. The water fountain behind the counter was out of order, so it was impossible to get water, even with a kids' meal. Instead, they offered me sugary drinks, even though my daughter only drinks water… Two people were rather unhelpful and didn't seem very interested in finding a solution, which is quite surprising for such a basic request. Fortunately, a third employee (a blonde with a bun) was efficient and professional, simply offering a glass of water. It just goes to show that with a little common sense, everything can go smoothly.

09/03/2026: Group meal for 70 people on a Saturday at lunchtime. Very warm welcome, excellent service managed by the two very friendly waiters, good meal that met our expectations. Thank you. Highly recommended.
23/01/2026: Lunchtime restaurant with quality cuisine, appetizer buffet, and desserts. Friendly, professional service. The restaurant was taken over over a year ago; keep up the good work! A little more effort on the decor, the plants, and the cleanliness would be a plus.

16/05/2026: What a delightful discovery! A warm welcome, the kind only people from the North and East know how to give! And what can I say about the food? Absolutely superb! From the main course to dessert, pure bliss for your taste buds. And, the cherry on top, at a very reasonable price. A set menu in a restaurant on Saturday lunchtime—how many do you know of? And for those who prefer to enjoy their meal at home, takeout is available. I can't wait to live in this beautiful region so I can become a regular at this wonderful restaurant.
