Good experience. The hamburgers were good, as were the fries. Cleanliness was OK. We were served very quickly after ordering.

We stopped at the McDonald's in Avranches for lunch today. The service was very quick and the sandwiches were piping hot. A real treat!

Six kiosks occupied. Five more families waiting, and one drive-thru employee dancing while everyone else waits. I was pretty sure McDonald's had tablets. Once I finally placed my order, of course, the Bécon topping in my Deluxe burger wasn't included. I had to go back to the counter and wait AGAIN. Everything was served hot. The tables were clean.

The self-service kiosks were malfunctioning or not working at all, the tables were dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and they didn't even say hello when we brought in our trays. The trash wasn't emptied... There's been a marked improvement in the last year or so. We switched to the drive-thru every Sunday; the staff is attentive, pleasant, smiling, and quick. They sometimes forget burgers or sauces, but it's still good considering the very young team... To be continued.
