McDonald's, France sur Charenton-Le-Pont

I left a review at the staff's request and I wholeheartedly agree with my satisfaction. The service was friendly, kind, and quick. The fries and nuggets were piping hot. That's not always the case at other McDonald's.

Nothing to say, just a classic McDonald's.

Table service, although advertised on the app, is not guaranteed at this restaurant. I waited 10 minutes before an employee brought my order and informed me. The result: my sundae was half-melted, and my burger was barely lukewarm.

Mcdonald is always our salvation. Everything is perfect

Very friendly person. The food is on par with a typical McDonald's. I recommend eating outside because Charanton is a very pleasant place to eat.

It had been months since I'd been to the McDonald's in Joigny because the service was too slow for the poor quality of the food and service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my "second chance" visit this evening. The staff was very friendly, respectful, attentive, and quick! I ordered a water while waiting for my friends, and I hadn't even sat down yet when the young woman with my order was already there! In the middle of a heatwave, that was more than welcome. As for the meal (three separate orders), before, the first person served had to eat cold food while waiting for the rest of the table to be served, but tonight the orders came in just a few minutes apart, served by different young women, all very attentive, polite, and pleasant! Since I have a preference for ice cream, I won't hesitate to come back for one from now on!

The only downside is that the hamburgers are often barely lukewarm...

I love this McDonald's, the service is quite fast, I like the atmosphere, I recommend it

Always super efficient, responsive and smiling, well done to all the teams.

Great atmosphere and great team! I have a wonderful time every time I visit this establishment. The manager is very professional!
