McDonald's, France sur Charenton-Le-Pont

It had been months since I'd been to the McDonald's in Joigny because the service was too slow for the poor quality of the food and service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my "second chance" visit this evening. The staff was very friendly, respectful, attentive, and quick! I ordered a water while waiting for my friends, and I hadn't even sat down yet when the young woman with my order was already there! In the middle of a heatwave, that was more than welcome. As for the meal (three separate orders), before, the first person served had to eat cold food while waiting for the rest of the table to be served, but tonight the orders came in just a few minutes apart, served by different young women, all very attentive, polite, and pleasant! Since I have a preference for ice cream, I won't hesitate to come back for one from now on!

The only downside is that the hamburgers are often barely lukewarm...

Pleasant temperature in McDonald's (maybe the air conditioning could be a little stronger so we feel it more). Extremely fast service from a smiling and welcoming young woman. I recommend it.

Excellent customer service today, Tuesday the 23rd. Corin, the manager, noticed I wasn't feeling well because of the heat and kindly offered me a glass of cold water. As a doctor, I particularly appreciate gestures of empathy and consideration for others. We often talk about professionalism, but kindness and humanity are just as important. It's always a pleasure to see these qualities in the employees and managers of a restaurant. Thank you for this thoughtful gesture.
