I want to thank the McDonald's team so much for organizing a surprise for my son Tom's birthday. We were very well received, and thank you for the gifts. And thank you also to Manuela.
The McDonald's in Surgères forgot a fry, we had to go inside to get it even though the server knew we'd missed it. Also, I ordered a double meat Tasty and only got one meat. McDonald's ripped me off by 4 euros, great! So from now on, open the burgers to check if the right meat is there.
We were very pleased with our piping hot meal and the friendliness of the staff this afternoon. The service was very quick; around 4 pm it wasn't too busy, but the quality of service was still excellent!
The place was also clean.
Click & collect order, fast service, great!
But once again, a McFlurry is missing! 😡 If this continues, I'll have to check the order with the employee who brings it to us.
