The McDonald's in Surgères forgot a fry, we had to go inside to get it even though the server knew we'd missed it. Also, I ordered a double meat Tasty and only got one meat. McDonald's ripped me off by 4 euros, great! So from now on, open the burgers to check if the right meat is there.
We were very pleased with our piping hot meal and the friendliness of the staff this afternoon. The service was very quick; around 4 pm it wasn't too busy, but the quality of service was still excellent!
The place was also clean.
Click & collect order, fast service, great!
But once again, a McFlurry is missing! 😡 If this continues, I'll have to check the order with the employee who brings it to us.
It's important to know how to rinse their cleaning cloths as they go, because the product is greasy, oily, and very disgusting. A quick rinse with water and disinfectant costs nothing.
