McDonald's, France sur Nice

16/09/2024: Although the food ordered was okay, it took a long time and it was not busy, it was noticeable that the kitchen was only running moderately. Fries had been ready in the well-known containers for a long time, so the fries were no longer crispy and hot. The burger wasn't hot either, what was good were the drinks. You can't mess up much... What stood out was a dissatisfied customer. I heard the customer complaining in English that he was waiting 40 minutes for coffee and something else. The employees looked as if they saw water burning. The employees did not understand what the man meant. The man said something about this three times. The man wanted money back, which I understand. Ultimately, the man left without his order and without his money... It's a pity that the man was not heard and helped.
