McDonald's, France sur Fontenay-Sous-Bois

No matter how much I eat, I'm always hungry when I leave :/ but in my experience, the staff have always been friendly, warm, and courteous to me.

Hello McDonald’s Fontenay-sous-Bois. When ordering a 9-piece meal, please ensure you receive 9 pieces and not 6, especially considering the price of the 9-piece meal… Aside from that, the service was impeccable 👌🏾

It smelled a bit like sewage. The toilets were dirty.

Marie and her team are always smiling and friendly. I recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to the entire team at the McDonald's in Val de Fontenay! We received a very warm welcome, and I want to emphasize their professionalism. The nuggets we were given were cold, but as soon as we mentioned it, they replaced them immediately, with a smile and a sincere apology. Despite a visibly reduced staff and a very busy restaurant, the entire team remained smiling, responsive, efficient, and incredibly kind. It's truly wonderful to see such dedicated and attentive staff, even in what seem to be challenging working conditions. Unfortunately, this kind of welcome and service is becoming increasingly rare at McDonald's, so I really wanted to highlight it. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness, professionalism, and good humor. We will definitely be back!

It's large and well-located. The service is excellent. The queue is enormous on weekends.

McDonald's is still filthy. The tables are disgusting. The smell is still disgusting. Outrageous. It would be good if the health inspectors came by.

It is regrettable that during this heatwave the ice machine has been out of order for several days and that the air conditioning is not cooling the room!
