I want to thank Lucas for his professionalism and excellent customer service skills. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, I was about to lose my patience. Lucas calmly, efficiently, and professionally took control of the situation. His attentiveness and responsiveness completely transformed my experience. A huge thank you to him, and congratulations on the quality of his work!
