Tymeo is the best. He has to take orders and payments at the same time. And very friendly 👌🏻 Léa's service is perfect. And in the kitchen, this time, nothing was forgotten.

No one outside McDonald's was aggressive about asking for money or food, but otherwise McDonald's is quick and pleasant, and Timeo is the best ^^

Order placed yesterday on McDonald's+: 2 Nagi meals, an extra sandwich, and 3 keychains earned with my points. Upon delivery, one of the books included with the meal and the 3 keychains were already missing. So I called the restaurant to report the oversight. Up to that point, it could happen… but as I started eating, I realized that instead of the Chicken Chuks I ordered, I'd been given regular nuggets. 😅 As a result, I had to go to the restaurant to sort it out. Fortunately, a major plus: the manager, Su. She was smiling, pleasant, and very professional despite the rush. From outside, you could see her running around trying to manage the situation and keep the service flowing. Frankly, she deserves to be highlighted because she really took the time to resolve my issue kindly. On the other hand, the organization and commitment of some employees are much more questionable. Sometimes it felt like Su was single-handedly running the restaurant while some others seemed to have forgotten that "rush" doesn't mean "energy-saving mode." 😅 Anyway, several mistakes on a single order, which is a shame and quite frustrating for the customer. However, a special shout-out to Su: considering the energy she expended yesterday, I think she deserves at least a whole weekend without hearing the word "McDonald's"... say, a Saturday or Sunday.
