I've ordered three items for three days straight, and I've never waited less than 20 minutes... waiting 20 minutes for three items at 4 PM is ridiculous, isn't it? I understand when they're joking around in the kitchen with the other team member, while the poor girl working the drive-thru is out front... kudos to her, who was wearing a white t-shirt and taking the drive-thru orders, I think. Keep up the good work, but please think about the customer experience, at least a little.
