Did you fire some of your staff? I was there this afternoon... piping hot, crispy fries. The size was right! Apparently, potatoes used to be expensive! My fries were soggy, cold, and not the size I wanted! Keep these staff members and I'll be back! Repeat this mediocrity and I'll give you the publicity you deserve.
