Unfortunately, it is not in this restaurant that you will discover the Vietnamese flavors that will take you on a journey. The phở broth is oily (just like their other dishes - even though Vietnamese food isn't supposed to be!), and tastes absolutely nothing like real phở broth that has been simmered in, for a while, the bones of the meat. I still give it 3 stars, because it remains difficult to find better in the area.
