I was a regular at this restaurant, but my experience this past Saturday evening was particularly disappointing, especially since I was there to celebrate my birthday. When the manager (in the blue shirt) is present, I've never had the slightest problem: he has always greeted me with respect and kindness. The service was unacceptably slow. From 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., a 45-minute wait, no one came to take our drink order, even though the restaurant was far from full. I had to go to the bar myself. Instead of apologizing, the manager on duty that evening (in a black shirt with a beard) was very unpleasant, justifying the delay with a so-called "rush." To top it all off, our meals weren't served at the same time: the other people at my table received theirs 10 minutes before me. As a result, they were almost finished when mine finally arrived... and that's when I was served spicy chicken tenders instead of mild ones (a kitchen error, even though the waiter had noted it down). By the time my dish was remade, my family had already finished. So I ended up eating completely alone. When I pointed out the slow service and the mistake with my dish, this manager was incredibly disrespectful, giving me a contemptuous look and even using the informal "tu" form when he felt annoyed. When he refused to talk to me, I asked to see the manager. He then completely reversed the situation, taking my polite remark as an attack, playing the victim, and making me out to be disrespectful. I suspect he'll try to spin it in his favor with management, but I wanted to share my experience. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I'm very tolerant: I know that mistakes happen, that there can be oversights or delays during busy periods. What I don't accept is a lack of respect and professionalism. I'm extremely surprised that someone with such an attitude holds a management position, especially at Memphis, which has always been an excellent establishment in my opinion, with a welcoming and caring team. A real disappointment.

A fantastic find! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The all-you-can-eat buffet is superb, with an excellent selection and, most importantly, perfectly cooked meats. The value for money is truly amazing! The setting is also very pleasant, with a real American diner atmosphere, original decor, and a lovely terrace for sunny days. I highly recommend this place in Strasbourg! 👍🥩🍔

We dined there twice (11 people) over two different weeks, and honestly, we were given an incredibly warm welcome, I believe by Emilie.
