It was a good experience, although it's difficult to fully appreciate the quality of the cuisine, which aims for simplicity. The major drawback is the menu, which is completely illegible and overloaded. The wait times were reasonable and the service was good! A touch of American music to create a more inviting atmosphere would have been a welcome addition.

A very warm welcome; the owner takes the time to come and see you at your table and even suggests adjustments to your dish based on your preferences. The meat is fresh, which is rare in the fast food industry. Excellent meal and great value for money. Many thanks.
