Despite a bit of a wait, I congratulate the waitress who was alone for the room as well as the cook who took the time to come and help in the room so as not to make the customers wait any longer.
Very good meal! The decor is a very good concept in any case.

Excellent ! Absolutely nothing to complain about.
The dishes are not very expensive and are excellent, fries hot and crispy, and the sauce is incredible.
The service is very fast, and the waitress is super nice and attentive!
I highly recommend.

the waitress being alone, 20 minutes of waiting for the order to be taken. She didn't even come to ask if we wanted an aperitif while waiting, so it was served to us with our starters.
A glass of whiskey was accidentally spilled by one of us. The manager came to clean up, glaring at the person who knocked him over. And he didn't replace the whiskey, which any other restaurant chain manager of this type would have done as a commercial gesture even if it was one of us who spilled it.
Too bad, because the dishes were very good.
I don't know if we'll come back to that.
The manager was really not friendly.

We came to eat as a family with the aim of having a good evening, unfortunately this was not the case.
The director of the establishment looked down on us, for a request that we had made in a joking tone, we were spoken to very badly. Absolutely not commercial. I think he realized it, he wanted to make up for it, unfortunately in a haughty way.
We have the right to refuse a customer request. But there are ways of doing things and saying things that must be respected.
You have to know how to question this. Life at work under his responsibility must be very complicated.

It's been 3 times that I've been going back there because the one in Bordeaux chooses their customers. And in Mérignac we are well received, listen to our orders and they take care of everything my niece who eats nothing she is gluttonous like never before she was like a queen thank you to the whole team and to the manager that I appreciate it ☺️☺️☺️
