Stay 2 nights Location quite close to Saint Jean station Tramway at the foot which is accommodating but also noisy. Air conditioning broken The bottom sheet is too small and we find ourselves systematically sleeping on the mattress pad. The breakfast is plentiful Overall I find that this does not reflect a 4 star

Quiet. Parking so no parking problem, delicious meals and wine. Very productive and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Hotel very well located, a stone's throw from the train station and tram right outside which takes you to the center. Clean, spacious room for 3. Welcome, excellent breakfast.

The location is not far from the station. The hotel is really nice as well as the staff, smiling and welcoming. A special mention for Yannick! :) A big thank you for your kindness, your sympathy, your smile which lifted our spirits following train problems. See you soon for the next time in Bordeaux? :)

The lobby at Novotel in Bordeaux is light and bright, creating a welcoming first impression. However, the rooms are somewhat outdated. It served its purpose well for a quick overnight stay after arriving late on the train, especially with its convenient five-minute walk from the station. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

Immediate support, smiling welcome. Very comfortable room. This is why I came to a Novotel, the standards are always perfect. Also quick check out and help with luggage. Only fault which has nothing to do with the hotel: the Saint-Jean station area in Bordeaux needs to be rehabilitated and lacks life
