Hotel ideally located by the sea. Upgraded with a beautiful view of the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, a pleasant surprise. The hotel is large, which makes the journeys to the rooms a bit long 😏 Impeccable staff, both housekeeping and reception 😉👍🏿

So what has become of the Hôtel Mercure brand? What’s more, we thought we would find a high-level Mercure hotel at this address (Promenade des Anglais). Everything seems old, from another era! This feeling is present from the layout of the reception. The room is also not up to standard: painting, decoration, bathroom, bedding; we have to start all over again. You should not expect the standard of other Mercury! I'll temper my comment a little. The next morning, expressing my disappointment at reception, I was listened to by a very pleasant and very professional person. We were able to change rooms and the new one corresponds a little better to Mercure standards. THANKS !

It's a bit old for the price. Reception does not have the charm that we are used to from All Accor. The service in the breakfast room is very nice and competent.

The location is great, allowing for several walks and going to the beach on foot.
