Hotel located on the Croisette with easy access to the city center. Please note there is no parking in the hotel. Exceptional sea view room but very noisy. Our room, although clean and comfortable bedding, was very basic and without charm. Our fridge did not contain any drinks, and except for soap, not a single product for the hands or the body, ... normally available in this level of establishment!

Very good location close to good restaurants and very good staff.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff who made checking in easy. The room was clean with everything we could possibly need: TV (limited number of channels with only two English speaking: MTV and France 24hr news), kettle, coffee pod machine – with pods, mini fridge, clean towels and soaps. The room was cleaned daily, also the bathroom, along with clean towels. The breakfast was included in our package, which we found to be excellent, with far too many options to list, which also changed daily. There were both hot and cold options: breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and pastries etc. Several bean to cup coffee machines and a range of loose teas. We found the room to be quiet, even though the Nice Carnival was in full swing just outside the hotel. The Hotel itself is well located, just across from the sea front. Step outside the entrance and there are bars and restaurants starting just outside, with the main town a short walk away. The nearest tram station is only a short walk so it’s easy to get to and from the Airport, cheaply. We would definitely not have any reservations about staying here again. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale, surtout pour le carnaval. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propre mais elle pourraient subir un peu de rénovation, surtout dans la salle de bain, de l'eau coulait de la toilette, ce qui ne fait pas très propre. Il ne manque de rien au petit déjeuner, et le personnel est exceptionnellement sympathique et à votre écoute. Dommage qu'il y avait des travaux dans l'hôtel, il y avait beaucoup de bruit près de notre chambre.

Très bon hôtel, je... le recommande Faudra juste faire attention aux personnes âgées de ne pas leur donner des chambres au fin fonds de l'hôtel vu qu'il y a un sacré parcours à faire pour y arriver de l'ascenseur à la chambre. Mais aussi pour les personnes âgées, les baignoires, apparement en-dehors des chambres PMR il y a pas de douches et les baignoires font 50 cm de hauteur et c'est surtout pour en sortir vous risquez de tomber, pas de barre pour se tenir. Vous devriez mettre des douches partout et garder quelques chambres avec baignoires. Autrement c'était bien, bon conseil de l'hôtel pour aller manger 50 m à droite en sortant de l'hôtel dans un petit Italien "Chez RiTho" Ce qui est bien aussi ce sont les fontaines à eau dans les étages. Le jour ou vous aurez les douches je mettrai facilement un 5 étoiles.

Endroit au top. On a pu sejourner 2 jours la bas. C'est vraiment bien placé entre la mer et la place macena. A 15 min max de la gare. J'y retournerai
