Mercure Reims Cathedrale sur Reims

I have spent many stays at this establishment. I keep excellent memories of it every time. All the staff, reception, bar, restaurant, all are very professional and always very kind. thank you for everything

Good location. Very central. Warm rooms. Aircon is rather weak. Good and rich breakfast. Staff helpful. The people at the reception speak good English. Not so much in the service area at breakfast

Very outdated hotel, paint peeling from walls, dirty carpets and very old appliances. Not a 4 star hotel

Very warm hotel located in the city center close to the cathedral and all local shops within walking distance. Buffet very varied and of very good quality. Welcome with a smile and good humor!! I highly recommend and I would come back with great pleasure!

Very sorry to learn of the departure of the Mercure brand but especially of its reception team, always on top and always welcoming. It will be a great pleasure to see you elsewhere. See you soon

Not a luxury hotel but clean and the food tastes great even for one night!

The reception staff were very friendly and the foyer was well maintained. There is a water dispenser where you can fill your bottle for free. The corridors to the rooms are in need of renovation. The room was simple but okay. The bathroom was unfortunately very old and dirty. Lots of plastic, it looks cheap and uninviting. Unfortunately there were neither cups nor glasses in the room. Just a few plastic cups that looked like they had been used before. The city center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes.

Very satisfactory welcome and hotel. I recommend this place without hesitation.

I don't rate the rooms because they don't involve a professional meeting during the day, but the room is very good, a little far from the station too bad, and the meal is average! The staff very good, but the meal average!
