Lovely stop on a long bike ride. Having cycled already 55 kms and having 35 more to go with 40C temperature we found a cool place and an extraordinary service. All the products in the restaurant are high quality, fresh and from the area. The atmosphere was amazing. Quiet and rejuvenating! The beers helped too with the heat management😉😁

Having not spent a night at the Moulin, I cannot judge the rooms, but the place is superb, the service is top-notch, with friendly people.

Colline gave us a very warm welcome and we had a lovely time in a very pleasant setting! The room was very clean and quiet! We were welcomed with our son and our two dogs for a very enjoyable stay, complete with a generous breakfast featuring excellent local products and fruit! We highly recommend it!

A superb restaurant offering high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. The setting is very pleasant and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Some evenings, they host open mic nights: we were lucky enough to enjoy performances by two singers. On other evenings, the restaurant also hosts live music, which adds to the convivial atmosphere. We highly recommend dining or staying here. Le Moulin d’Auxillac is located next to a still-working watermill, in the heart of a charming village of stone houses. An authentic and enchanting setting that makes the experience even more enjoyable.

A very short but excellent stay in this beautiful and authentic place. The room was extremely comfortable, and the meal, featuring local products, was delicious and very good value for money. The breakfast was generous. The welcome from the owner was very friendly and genuine. Thank you!

A fantastic welcome with energy and smiles, delicious dishes from appetizer to dessert – we had a wonderful time on this lovely terrace at the foot of the village of Auxillac. A place where you simply feel good. 😊

We came for the Marvejols-Mende race and found this little haven of peace. A warm welcome, excellent meals with local produce, spotless rooms, and the owner even prepared breakfast for us so we could eat well on race morning – perfect! 🫡
