Miya Fondue sur Toulouse

I went there because I really wanted to eat hotpot. It really has a local Chinese atmosphere and the owner was friendly. We didn't make a reservation, but they prepared a table for us. We had two flavors, spicy and mushroom broth, and the mushroom broth was so flavorful that anyone could eat it. It was a popular drink and I chose level 2 spiciness and it was really spicy. It was nice to be able to eat a lot of vegetables.

The staff is as warm as the fondue. The concept that I didn't know is great and there is plenty to satisfy on site

Overall pretty average for 25 euros I would say that the general cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be reviewed, I find it difficult to understand that a restaurant like that passes hygiene checks (the toilet sink is located on the upper part - where there is the flush - and they are not clean at all, it's ancestral filth not on the bowl but everywhere in the toilets, on the floor, on the walls etc), knowing that we all touch the same utensils for serving at the buffet, I have doubts about the general cleanliness It's the same overall for the entire restaurant which is far from being clean On the food it's ok, I think this cleanliness thing has altered my experience in this restaurant. The quality of the food is not great. I think everything is quite low-end, but clean for once (regarding the buffet). I won't go back because we are far from the experience of a Chinese fondue in China but it's ok for someone who has never set foot in China To summarize cleanliness 2/5 and cuisine 3/5 nothing is bad, wide choice of pastas including gluten-free but low quality products (except tofu) and we do not find certain very classic elements of a Chinese fondue, notably some mushrooms

Very good traditional fondue, very nice owners.

Very good discovery; we tested the unlimited Chinese fondue formula for €25. The difference that I appreciated compared to Miya's is that everyone has their own pan, so no need to fight to get the meat. Plus we were treated to a free magic show thanks to little Jyinpin!

Très bon restaurant de fondue chinoise. Le service a été impeccable et très soigné, on nous a expliqué tout le concept et on était accompagné sur le choix des aliments et la composition des sauces. Je recommande vivement ! ☺️

C’est la deuxième fous que l’on y vas, et cette fois on a pris les Ados avec nous!!! Tout est très bien, pensez à réserver.
