MUSIC TOO LOUD! Excellent place. Tried it for lunch with the Mrs. Shawn set menu, very good value for money. There's a good selection of everything: starters, main courses, desserts, even if it's naturally more limited than the à la carte menu. A glass of wine is included in the set menu. The new decor is more understated than the old one, which I really liked, but it's still clean with a touch of whimsy. My only major complaint is the music is much too loud. Not at all pleasant for those who wear hearing aids, something that probably didn't even cross the designers' minds.

Excellent restaurant in a very pleasant setting, with each dish equally delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank you for your warm and welcoming service, so un-Parisian in style.

I knew the restaurant before, and what a lovely discovery! The atmosphere is cozier and more modern. The meal was excellent… a great find!

The food is delicious but the wait time is long, the servers barely came to our table, and when we got there there were no menus available so we just sat there for about 10 minutes without a menu.

Never a bad surprise with this Thai restaurant. Very refined and well-prepared dishes. Pleasant atmosphere. Service is a bit young, friendly but could be more professional.

Restaurant CHOY

02/06/2026: My favorite bubble tea 😁 and the owners are very friendly
10/05/2026: An absolute gem in Paris! We had an incredible dining experience at Choy. The Japanese food was exceptionally fresh and flavorful – honestly, some of the best I have ever had. What made the visit even more special was the service; the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. If you are looking for authentic and high-quality Japanese cuisine in the 9th arrondissement, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
