Mok sur Levallois-Perret

The best beef japchae I have ever eaten. Since I discovered this restaurant (not far from my training), I try to go there often. I loved japchae so much that I never had anything else (next time I'll have to try something else). The manager is very kind and accommodating. The only downside (and again) is when you eat there, due to the small room, when you come out, your clothes tend to smell like food for a while, apart from that I strongly recommend it.
