Mok sur Levallois-Perret

It’s a small establishment run by a Korean couple. Have 5-6 tables but most clients do take away. They open only lunch hours of weekdays. The owner doesn’t speak a lot but I could tell he was considerate and just busy with work so don’t get offended.

Quite simply among the best Korean restaurants that I know in the Paris region, in terms of value for money (I have tried a large number of them). Run by a real Korean, and unfortunately open quite occasionally (at lunchtime, and not every day). I've been there several times and tried all the dishes (there's a limited choice, it's simple). They were all perfect.

Carte courte, savoureuse, délicieuse.

The Udon at this brand are excellent! The seasoning is delicious and the dish is very hearty. Just a shame that the pork tasted like it had been reheated after freezing and the pieces looked so much like minced steak that they were “chewed” 😅

Fancy a bimbimbap and I decide to try this address. No frills in this small room where there are just tables and chairs. The welcome isn't the warmest but that's a bit of the problem with Asians, regardless of whether the gentleman at the checkout is just as friendly as possible. A few minutes of waiting once the order is placed but no problem for me, the lady prepares everything at the minute and that suits me very well. I took takeaway and although at first glance the portion seemed small... I was more than full! The bimbimpap is very good with several small vegetables with different seasonings, personally I enjoyed it! So I would happily return! The price is correct for the quantity and quality. I had vegetable ravioli as a starter which I found a little expensive but the bimbimpap made me forget it 😉

The restaurant is small, there are a few tables on site, lots of takeaway meals at lunchtime. The bowls are hearty and the flavor perfect, I love it!
