Every day, five starters, 5 main courses (fish, white meat, flank steak, stew, etc.) and desserts, for around 20 euros. With an extra charge, you can taste a good entrecôte (see photo) Cuisine prepared by two cooks Emilie and François, friendly and above all competent, given the results on our plates... And then a wonderful encounter with homemade foie gras (see photo)! Small list of “nice wines”, by the glass or bottle and an excellent LEROUGE champagne, a small producer in the Marne! As for the room staff, terribly efficient; considerate and kind. Five stars deserved for the whole team! What a pleasant brasserie! Recommended!
