Mon Sushi sur Canet-En-Roussillon

My family and I enjoyed our meal at your restaurant. The sushi were good and well presented. The sashimi was fresh that we ordered a second plate. I really enjoyed the taste and your presentation of the Master Roll. The price is reasonable and the beachfront location is quite perfect to end the evening. Although the service was alright, I feel that it can be improved by hiring an additional staff. The poor guy serving us was clearly overloaded between taking physical and phone orders, clearing tables, serving food and drinks, seating customers. Another thing is that your drinks aren't listed on the menu which is essential. Your server had to waste 5 additional minutes to explain to each table/possibly every phone order on what is offered on top of what he has to do. Lastly, although your menu offers most of the popular items, I feel that having a bit more variety would be appreciated, like Dons, Bentos etc. Nevertheless, as the restaurant is a little small, I recommend it only for small groups of 4 and below or couples.
