Mona pizza sur Toulouse

Since they opened, I've been a regular. Never disappointed, the pizzas are always exceptional, the staff always so friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. I highly recommend it; by far the best pizzeria (and even restaurant!) in the area.

Passing through Toulouse, we stopped by for dinner on Saturday evening. We were greeted by a very pleasant and smiling young woman who showed us to a table in a dimly lit setting. There's a TV for those who want to watch sports. The menu is well-presented, and the choices are appealing. The restaurant was filling up, but the wait to order and be served wasn't long. The pizzas were perfectly cooked, crispy, generously topped, and truly delicious! I noticed a waitress go into the kitchen and put on an apron to help out. Another stayed at the till. The young woman who served us was carrying four heavy plates at once, a sign of her skill. She greets you, takes orders, serves them, clears tables, manages takeout orders, and so on, all with kindness and care. You can really feel her dedication and motivation. Well done and thank you! Excellent pizzas and perfect service: a 5-star rating seems obvious.

Don't get me wrong, the pizzas are excellent and the staff very friendly. The one-star rating is so the owner of this pizzeria will update the pizza prices on their website. And don't tell me the change is recent; I've been coming for several months and the price still hasn't been updated. I always order the Bolognese pizza, and it's listed at €13.90 on the website, but when you pick it up in the restaurant, they tell you it's €14.90. So my rating will change when the owner makes the change. Also, please be aware, sir or madam, that your staff is fed up with having to repeat the same thing every time. EDIT 01/2026: As promised, I'm changing my review and now giving it 5 stars.
