Friendly restaurant with good dishes, maybe a little expensive but that could be understood by the fact that there are few Cambodian restaurants. To try if you are looking for new flavors.
One of the servers speaks Cambodian and was very friendly.
An authentic address...
During our walk we chose this restaurant because it contrasted with the neighboring restaurants.
We took a table at the back to avoid the noise of the avenue, near a sliding window. A quiet corner, on a Saturday but early. The welcome is affable and sincerely caring, the explanations clear, the service efficient, the decoration soberly chic and flowery, cozy. In this heat the plate of green papaya salad that the two of us shared was refreshing, although it was a shame we missed the dried shrimp (seen afterwards when rereading the menu). The flavors are pleasant and generous, the fish authentic. It's good but you have to like fruit in dishes. The duck casserole with pineapple, lychees and red curry is good and original but the duck is cut into strips that are too thin and therefore overcooked. The sauce is very sweet (with pineapple juice?) It would be very interesting to replace the duck with monkfish while making the sauce less sweet. The place is nice, you feel good there. The restaurateurs and waiters are not intrusive, they let you dine in peace. Good cuisine. A good experience!
Il ristorante si trova nel quartiere asiatico di Parigi, una zona tranquilla e ben servita. Il cibo è molto gustoso e il locale accogliente. Personale molto gentile. Un posto dove tornare.💜💙
