Passing through Marseille for a simple stopover, we had the chance to discover this pearl of the Old Port. We tasted a chicken shawarma and a falafel which transported our palates from Akka to Jbeil and Damascus. The smile and welcome are more than there to top it all off. THANKS !

Je vais à cette adresse depuis 2009, ce kebab qui paye pas mine. Cache des trésors de savoir faire et des recettes absolument fabuleux comme le houmous et le tzatziki ou mon préféré le samboussek a la viande ou au fromage tellement bon! Les produits sont frais et fait maison. J’ai pas trouvé de meilleur libanais sur Marseille pourtant j’ai fais le tour.

If you go to Marseille and want to try the REAL AUTHENTIC LEBANESE cuisine from the mountains (Mount Lebanon), you must visit this gem. I discovered it during my first trip to the city. The first thing I ate was a Kafta sandwich: the proportions of salt and seven spices, as well as the other ingredients, are perfect. Coming myself from a Lebanese family from Mount Lebanon, I consider this place as one of the BEST Lebanese spots that I have ever tried not in Marseille but in all of France. The food in the Lebanese mountains tastes exactly like this. For one second, I thought I was eating the same Kafta sandwich made by my own mother (real homemade Lebanese Kafta, ladies and gentlemen). I tried the manakeesh zaatar and got reminded of my trips to Lebanon, eating them at the bakeries with my father. The fatayer (cheese, spinach or olives) is so tasty, so perfectly made. The sambousik (meat) is so delicious. I visited the city three times, and the three times I was amazed by all the healthy food that this lovely Lebanese couple had to offer to their customers, as well as their hospitality and their warm welcome. If you asked me "Where would you eat if you could go again to Marseille?", I would tell you "At Mont Liban, near the Old Port". Meilleur kebab, avec keftas, que j'ai pu mangé. Et les frites sont aussi bonnes. La cuisinière et vendeuse est aimable et le service se fait rapidement. A essayer !

Samedi en fin d'après-midi p'tite halte au Mont Liban de retour à l'hôtel à côté dégustation fabulous les falafels délicieux le houmous, taboulet , les p'tits chaussons végétarien et le petit gâteau amandes curcuma trop bon à très bientôt merci à vous 🙏🥟🥠🥧

C’était fantastique. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et le repas délicieux. Il faut commander le zaatar et les falafels. This place is the real deal.
