With my brother, we offered our parents the Discovery menu gift voucher with drinks included...and our parents were more than delighted!!! and they even preferred at your place to the meal at the Hôtel du Palais...du made of the harmony of your dishes, the food and wine pairings, of your kindness to all and also of your commercial gesture in relation to my daughter's menu that you graciously offered.... We used the Moulin de Poustagnacq for our wedding. Everything was perfect: the food was excellent: from the cocktail to the panini during the evening, with a special mention for the duck confit that our friends from the north loved; the servers very friendly and available for our guests. We took the Poustagnacq mill for our wedding which took place at the Petiosse estate on June 1, 2024. We couldn't have dreamed of a better caterer. The quality of the service is exceptional. The cuisine of Mr. and Mrs. Betherlier was unanimously appreciated by us and our guests. We were also treated to magnificent mismatched vintage tableware, a brazier for the cocktail and even ice cream and madeleines! The cost of the service is really reasonable given the quality of the service and the overall delivery. Special mention to Marina who coordinated everything on the big day and Rachel who helped us beforehand. I recommend Le Moulin as a restaurant (as we went there earlier in the year to taste the dishes) and especially as a wedding caterer.
