I am a CLICFORPICS wedding photographer and I carried out a photo service on March 16, 2024. The place is very photogenic and very well maintained. The entire staff took great care of me throughout the wedding. I had the feeling of being considered a customer. It’s too rare not to mention it! Thank you to your entire team for your kindness. We booked this venue for our wedding. The place is idyllic. Nothing to say about it. Very charming. The staff is attentive, attentive and very helpful. I only have positive things to say about it. The big problem: -management. Quotes updated several times with new prices. Still on the rise. We are presented with a leaflet with prices but not up to date. I find the manager's way of communicating to be inappropriate. The annoyance was so great that I asked my husband several times to take over. Since our wedding, we have been waiting for feedback from him regarding the differences in the basic and final estimate. No returns since October 2023. - Services to be taken in addition but to be paid in cash. A DJ who I say again and again spoils my pleasure of the evening. No listening, a prepared playlist which was not produced at all. I understand very well that we must let the “artists” express themselves. But when we ask for lounge, soft music for the meal and we have boom boom (techno) throughout the meal! This is unsuitable. On three occasions the staff went to see him to tell him to modify the sounds (they were just as surprised as us)... he was just doing what he wanted. I went there too and nothing to do, my husband too. It was not the music we like to listen to. Everything we hate anyway. While we had two phone calls with him as well as the transmission of a playlist of 90 music that we like. To give a style of atmosphere. If we have had 8/10 songs it’s the end of the world. I would have been better off abstaining and getting a speaker and playing the sound myself for my wedding. It was a disaster. No financial gesture despite the alerts during the evening from its employees. -we helped tidy up the room, but we were charged for the two hours we helped too. We would have known we would not have helped. In short, very good place, very good staff, very good meal. The manager: should review her way of communicating. His clients are neither in the army nor his children. The DJ: to avoid. I remain mixed at this moment…

Invited for a family celebration, we appreciated the environment, the elegance of the place, the comfort and layout of our room but we were shocked to hear during the evening meal loud Arabic "youyou" emanating from the next room and especially to see men in robes and wearing chechia saying their prayers a few meters from our table. The waitress, also shocked by this spectacle, went to get a screen to partially hide the scene.

We celebrated a birthday lunch with 24 people from our family. Everything was perfect. Everyone complimented me.

We experienced a magical moment at the Moulin d’Orgeval. Our wedding went well beyond our expectations. The staff is very caring and attentive. The cook is excellent. From the petit fours to the dessert, it was a treat. The meal is flawless. The place is enchanting, just 40 minutes from Paris. We have had compliments from our guests. We will come back for our 40th birthday for sure! We can only thank the management for the service. THANKS !!
