The check-in process was very slow. The reception staff didn't seem to know how to use the hotel's computer system. It took over 25 minutes to check us in. Eating at the hotel is convenient because it's relatively far from everything. The service was either too good to be true or completely unprofessional.
The worst part was the breakfast: frozen, reheated bread (horrible). Honestly, it wasn't worth €9, and we'd had breakfast there quite a few times before. It was nothing like the first time around... what a shame.
