Hello, I ordered once a month ago, and you forgot to include the chopsticks and sauces I ordered, specifically the sweet sauce. I thought, "No big deal, you forgot, I didn't add anything," and I didn't leave a negative review. However, in my second order today, you forgot the chopsticks and sauces again. Frankly, it's annoying because it's 11 PM, all the shops are closed, and I can't even go out and buy a sweet sauce. So now I've forgotten to eat dry sushi without any sauce, which isn't very nice.

The food is excellent, the owner is incredibly friendly, but the service and welcome are very inconsistent depending on who's working. I've just had two unpleasant experiences in a row ordering by phone, with two different people. It's a shame because it goes against the professionalism and welcoming attitude of the owner, which are what make us want to come back.
