Nang Chill sur Orleans

15/09/2024: For our last meal in Orleans, we came here as it looked good on the outside and we had spotted it as we walked by. Nice ambiance, BUT possibly a bit austere and formal. Fridges/hanging cabinets looked good with the meat in them hanging. We ordered some steaks, a rib eye and fore rib. We were both looking forward to them, but were disappointed wiht the lack of in depth flavour - considering the care and hang time of the meat. The drink selection was also poor with standard lagers (very disappointing) rather than Belgians/French or other really good beers. Very good wine selection though so that made up for it. We would not go back there, given a choice. Le Bistrot or Blend offer better steak. (IMHO)

06/09/2024: The meats are still good and the service was quick and friendly. Discovery of the delicious Notre Cher et Tendre sauce!
