Great yoga teachers in a beautiful setting!

I understand why this place is nicknamed the refuge... A course schedule suitable for everyone. A warm welcome from the teachers but also from the practitioners. The place is clean, the equipment well maintained. You feel comfortable from the moment you enter. You already want to go there even though I haven't yet mentioned the quality of the courses... Competent teachers, available and attentive: in sharing and the quest for progress while respecting each person's rhythm. Special mention to Rachid's inversion course, exceptional! Extraordinary place of stones and glass! The spaces are very well appointed. Warm welcome, energizing organic refreshments, detox... excellent. A very enriching course with Rachid and very dynamic! Then a small organic meal, a nice convivial moment. I'll be back!

My husband and I took a Yin class before departing Paris. Carole was so gracious to teach the class in both English and French for our sake. Thank you! The facilities are lovely and it was a great class.
