Excellent experience. Delicious lunch menu, original and refined cuisine without being pretentious. The waiter was very pleasant.

A true gem! We had lunch at Nessia Marais as part of a team-building seminar with our HR team (13 people), and everything was absolutely perfect. The setting is warm, elegant, and intimate, ideal for sharing a convivial moment. As for the cuisine, it is simply exceptional: each dish demonstrates true expertise, with quality ingredients, refined flavors, and meticulous presentation. A special mention goes to our server, who pampered us from beginning to end with remarkable attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism. He greatly contributed to making this lunch an unforgettable experience. We all had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

Delicious food. Fairly quick service. Normally, I wouldn't have ordered what I ate with the meal for two. But I'm very glad I tried it. However, it was very hot. I know it's a heatwave, but other restaurants manage it. So why not them? Don't come to eat there if it's a heatwave. But everything else was perfect!

It's surprising that this signature cuisine isn't better recognized, all things considered. As for the wine list, it was there that I drank my first bottle of Granit 174 from Domaine Vaccelli (incidentally, there are other excellent vintages at our friends' place in Cognocoli-Monticchi, Aja-Donica; and Nessia has almost as many in her cellar as La Table du 11 in Versailles – and that's much closer to home!). Perhaps not everything is available at all times, but this wine list is truly impressive. Intelligent and proactive service. One of the most solid and undeniably excellent establishments in the Carreau du Temple area.
