Nessia sur Paris

It's safe to say it's a gem. We had a business lunch for three, not particularly hungry. We shared a sea bass tartare as an amuse-bouche. Then we opted for the 1 kg Berbeche ribeye for two, perfectly cooked, exceptional meat. The third person chose the bavette Rossini, which was equally delicious. We didn't finish everything and didn't have room for dessert, which I know would have been the perfect ending to our lunch. No alcohol was served during our meal. I'll definitely be back with my wife so she can experience this restaurant.

Your last night in Paris restaurant… I went here solo on a whim, not knowing what to expect. I'll be honest, ChatGPT made a recommendation. I was blown away. Elegant, intimate, modern, creative food with French style. Warm and welcoming service. Whatever they recommend to eat or drink, do it immediately and without question. Reservations are recommended, but you might get lucky. If you're only in Paris for one night, make the trip. The restaurant for your last night in Paris… I went there solo on a whim, without really knowing what to expect. To be perfectly honest, it was ChatGPT who recommended it to me. And I was totally blown away. Elegant, modern, creative, and typically French cuisine. The service is warm and welcoming. No matter what they recommend to eat or drink, follow their recommendations immediately and without hesitation. Reservations are recommended, but with a little luck, you might get a table. If you are only spending one night in Paris, the detour is definitely worth it.

Recommended by a friend who already had a very good opinion of this restaurant. A very pleasant discovery: refined yet light cuisine. A lovely time spent with family. I highly recommend it myself.

Impeccable service, great playlist, magnificent cuisine, the Wagyu gyoza are excellent, the ribeye steak is perfectly cooked and of good quality. It's flawless.

This was our second visit to Nessia. We also dined here last December. Our return visit did not disappoint. We adore this tiny gem of a restaurant in le Marais. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively and the food is creatively conceived and presented, offering a take on French cuisine combined with flavors and techniques from other countries. We devoured the cauliflower with honey, smoked paprika and chickpea hummus. I am a foie gras connoisseur, and the chef’s take on foie gras, which is marinated in port and served with Moroccan-infused orange chutney, was the best I have ever tasted. I will dream of this foie gras. For our entree, we shared the quasi of confit French veal for two, which was prepared with smoked butter and served with béarnaise sauce and frites. It was tender, plentiful and perfectly cooked. We also enjoyed a fantastic bottle of Chenin Blanc from the Samur region in the Loire Valley, which was recommended by our waiter, the incredible Paul. Speaking of Paul, he also was our waiter one year ago. He is an absolute treasure. Paul is gregarious, warm and funny and knows the menu and wine list inside and out. He made fantastic suggestions about the menu items, practically choosing our meal for us. And during dinner, the Chef came out to ensure we were enjoying our cuisine. Nessia delivered again, and we cannot wait to return for a third visit. Well done, Chef Thomas and team. And thanks again, Paul, for taking such beautiful care of us. Wish I could leave six stars!

The food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, mind blown really. Especially the roasted cauliflower on cauliflower mash, I can taste the natural sweetness from the cauliflower, the burnt somehow gave it a charcoal taste and made it chewy. Everything is well seasoned. It made me feel so bad not being able to finish everything, I hate wasting good food☹️
