We had lunch in this splendid place. We even came back the next day with our friends. I love cooking and especially the daily specials created by the chef. Your taste buds are in bliss! The welcome and service are also very friendly. I highly recommend

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time! the food in the restaurant had changed from our previous visit and was still very nice but more high end than last time. the staff were all very helpful and friendly - especially Emma who had good english - and made our stay great! the location of the hotel is perfect especially for skiers. will be back!!

Can’t fault it. We stayed in the 4 star hotel and it was exceptional. More details below 👇🏻 Location: 1 minute away from all the restaurants in the area and a 3 minute walk away from the Praz chairlift which opens up the whole mountain for you through the Verdons and Chenus gondolas. Brilliant! Rooms: their rooms are spotless, their showers are brilliant and make you want to spend hours under them. The windows are thick, blocking any noise from outside and their toiletries are next level. Service: this is where they outdo themselves: we were a group of 11 whose van broke on the way to the hotel from Geneva airport. More than that we were stuck in impossible traffic. Not only were they able to send us cabs to get us safely to the hotel but they also moved our dinner reservation by 2 hours. The welcome is lovely, with pastries from their pastry chef, a warm message and check this out: they turn the room twice each day and in the evening they even leave you a pouch with sweets. Their relaxing massage is divine and reception staff is kind and helpful no matter what you need. Breakfast: great tasting food. The omelettes were really tasty and you could feel that all ingredients were top quality. Relaxation: sauna, jacuzzi, facials, massages and one absolutely gorgeous basement area with a wonderful fireplace that is just the best thing after a long day on the slopes. Will also leave a review for their restaurant “La Table de Mon Grand Pere” which was also to die for. Stay here and you won’t regret it. Delicious daily menu. Been twice, left satisfied twice.

Fantastic location right at the base of ski lift so it’s super easy to get to the hotel and back. Lots of ski rental places right next door. The staff was incredibly kind, they helped with fantastic reservations for dinner and taxi service (which is hard to get on the weekends but they did it!) they were also incredibly patient with my broken French while I’m learning. Highly recommend.

Je ne suis pas allé dans la partie hôtel mais restaurant très bien tenu, produits de très bonne qualité, service rapide et toujours avec le sourire par du personnel jeune et dynamique. Continuez comme ça.

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent grâce au personnel qui a été à l’écoute de nos demandes!

Séjour incroyable! La chambre est très spacieuse et agréable avec une belle vue. Le personnel d’étage est aux petits soins tous les jours. Pareil pour le personnel du restaurant qui nous font passer un agréable moment. Seul bémol, parfois un peu long pour avoir les boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner (nous les avons eu après avoir fini de manger). On reviendra sans hésiter !

Nous sommes venus dans cet hôtel avec deux amis. Alors que la météo n'était pas du tout clémente avec nous, et que nous n'avions pas vraiment pu skier, nous avons passé du temps dans cet hôtel. Ce que j'en retiens : - Accueil souriant et sympathique - Personnel à l'écoute - Chambres chaleureuses et bien équipées - Les plats sont très bons. Le petit déjeuner est composé de produits frais. - Très bon spa, avec possibilité de le régler. Spa lumineux, très agréable - l'hôtel est vraiment beau Cet hôtel vaut ses 4 étoiles. Je le recommande et je pense que nous reviendrons.
