We came to this restaurant for my wife's birthday. It specializes in beef, offering both French and imported varieties. During our aperitif, we enjoyed a charcuterie board featuring a house specialty: beef rillettes. I'd never tried them before, and we all loved them. For our main courses, we ordered ribeye steak and burgers, both served with fries cooked in beef fat, just like the rillettes—a completely new culinary experience for me and my family. In short, if you're a fan of red meat, and especially beef, this is the restaurant to go to. ;-)

A first time at this restaurant with friends. Quality meat (our dear and tender sauce is a must-try!), excellent dishes and desserts. One of the best restaurants in Orleans. Nothing to complain about.

Overall, the experience was very good. The meat was excellent; you could immediately sense the quality of the product and the mastery of the cooking technique. The service was pleasant, attentive without being intrusive, and the setting, although unremarkable, remained welcoming and comfortable.
The only slight downside: our T-bone steak, served perfectly rare as requested, was presented on a hot cast iron griddle that continued to cook, making some of the meat overcooked. It's a shame, because everything else was close to flawless.

Excellent time spent with friends. Succulent dishes, well-cooked and the meat of very good quality. Impeccable service: the staff and the owner are very professional, smiling, attentive and very good advice for pairing meat with the wide choice of wines also offered. I fully recommend!

I had a plate of salad which was generous and excellent, the waiters are pleasant and smiling, I recommend this restaurant 👍🏻 can't wait to go back to really taste the cuisine of this restaurant (the meat)
